Soluna-Texas Monthly If there’s a restaurant that sums up the schizophrenic state of Mexican food in Texas today, it is SoLuna, which is operated by two generations of the Calvillo family. Its dilemma is familiar. On the one hand, it must accommodate customers who are happily hooked on Tex-Mex.
